Maddie DuBray

Maddie DuBray is a dynamic leader in the business aviation industry, with a career marked by a commitment to advancing advocacy, fundraising, and accessibility. After joining the Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association (PNBAA) in 2019, she quickly rose from Event Planning Coordinator to Managing Director. Her expertise led to her recruitment as Executive Director of the Northern California Business Aviation Association (NorCalBAA) in 2022. In 2024, Maddie became the Executive Secretary of the NBAA Local and Regional Group Committee, contributing to the committee’s first all-female leadership team.

As a passionate advocate for workforce development and policy reform, Maddie is proud to connect her work in aviation with her family heritage as part of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in contributing to the board of directors with the Native American Aviation Assocation, drawing inspiration from the values of community, resilience, and sustainability. She is dedicated to driving positive, lasting change in both the indigenous and aviation communities.

When she is not advocating for the aviation community, she is advocating for animal welfare, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
