Timothy Goulet

With over 42 years of Aviation experience, Timothy Goulet is a licensed Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic with over 2600 hours of flight time as a Boeing 727 Flight Engineer. He started his aviation career as a Hydraulics Specialist on USMC Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion Helicopters where he proudly served. He then joined McDonnell Douglas Flight Test where he worked on the development of the MD-11 airframe. After leaving Flight Test he worked as a Flight Engineer, Mechanic, Aviation Manager, Director of Maintenance and consultant for 9 different Billionaires which allowed him to network and travel the globe extensively, he has also lived abroad in Macau China and Dubai UAE. He successfully started and managed an Aircraft Parts Brokerage in Macau and then become a Sales Consultant for a large aircraft parts supplier and broker. Fully developing his aviation skills, he went on to full service aviation support with one of the largest global aviation service providers as the Business Development Manager for the Western Hemisphere. He has consulted on many aviation projects Government and Individual owned flight departments around the world.

 Tim is currently the Executive Director of Economic Development and Airport Operations for the Twenty Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians in Coachella , California and serves as the Vice President for the Southern California Business Aviation Association (SCAA),is a board member of the Palm Springs Air Museum and is also a Governor appointed member of the Inland Empire District Export Council for the United States Department of Commerce. Tim has provided consultative support for many Native American Tribes and is a descendent of the Turtle Mountain Tribe of Chippewa Indians.
